The Alaska Department of Transportation and Public Facilities (DOT&PF) and Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) published the Record of Decision in May 2018. The ROD is the final step in the EIS process and represents the final decision to move the Juneau Creek Alternative forward for design and construction.

- The ROD identifies the Selected Alternative, identifies the mitigation commitments for the project, and identifies any changes in the analysis based on public and agency comments on the Final EIS.
Appendix A - 1.5 Mb
- Appendix A provides responses to all comments made on the Final EIS during the public review period.
