The technical reports presented on this web page were current on the date they were published and form the foundation for the development of the Draft Supplemental Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) and Final EIS. In some cases, however, there have been slight realignments to some of the alternatives to avoid or minimize impacts. Also, some of the information has changed since the reports were published due to the passage of time. The most up-to-date information is published in the Final EIS.
